PRODUCTS
Below are the main types and qualities of products that we normally have available for sale, on request we can look for different qualities from those indicated or suggest a possible alternative compatible with that of the requested customer.
Hot rolled (UNI EN 10111)
These steels are widely used in various fields and are characterized by maximum yield and breaking limits and minimum guaranteed stretching. They can be used in various cold work processes, from the simplest moldings (DD11) to the deepest drawing (DD14).
They are supplied with pickled and oiled surfaces; however, it is possible to request black material.
Hot rolled for structural uses (UNI EN 10025)
Construction steels are carbon-manganese steels, with guaranteed minimum yield strength and breakage. They have good ductility and are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
They are supplied with pickled and oiled surfaces; however, it is possible to request black material.
High strength hot rolled (UNI EN 10149)
High-strength micro-alloyed steels (HSLA) are new generation materials with a low carbon and sulfur content and a fine grain microstructure; these characteristics give the products a high ductility, guaranteeing a high yield strength and mechanical strength.
They are supplied with pickled and oiled surfaces.
Cold rolled (UNI EN 10130)
These steels are used, in relation to the molding qualities, in processes where surface finish or deep drawing characteristics are required.
They are classified from the hardest quality (DC01) to that with the greatest guaranteed elongation (DC06).
They are all supplied with an oiled surface.
Hot galvanized laminates (UNI EN 10346)
Steels coated with a layer of zinc by continuous hot bath after rolling. The use is excellent in processes that require a surface protected against corrosion.
They are materials normally supplied with an oiled surface but can also be requested without oil (dry).
